Happy Fourth

I hope you are all are going to have a safe holiday weekend. We are taking the Baby to a fireworks exhibit and getting him a few sparklers.

Same to ya! I am piled up on it, blowing my nose, sucking on Halls sugar free cough drops! I am hoping I am well enough by Tuesday to go to my daughter's for a swimming party/birthday party for my son whose BD ins 7/6...not looking like I will make it though...but I guess by a miracle I could! Never say never! Ha!

My sis is here and we are talking about going to the rodeo tomorrow night. I've never been to this rodeo and am looking forward to it. Tonight is a family thing over at my cousin's house because her step daughter is moving to Ft. Smith to go to college there. We are taking our fireworks that we bought today over there and might shoot them off there. If not it will be Wednesday before we do that. Its starting to be a busy week already. Are we still meeting on Thursday? I can go then because I have to be at OGC at 5 for therapy and will be done at 5:30 if we are still meeting then I can come have dinner with you guys then. Jan

My 16 yo daughter is having two girlfriends over tonight for dinner (Cajun Bourbon Grilled Chicken, macaroni salad, broccoli-Ramen slaw, artichoke dip with assorted dippers, watermelon/blueberries in fresh-squeezed lime juice, strawberry lemonade, and strawberry shortcake); then they will trek to the country club to watch the fireworks. We watch from our patio! I hate crowds, plus my furkids HATE the noise and I hate to leave them alone. The girls want to do sparklers when they get home!
