Home today.

I missed my appointment, the one in Dallas. I thought it was for today, but yesterday afternoon, my husband was looking over the directions to the hospital and glanced at the appointment card and it was for yesterday. Can you believe my luck. Anyway, I reschedule and I still have my appointment in La on the 22. Oh well. I will have to be more careful with these appointments. HEHE.

OMG! I bet you could have kicked your own butt! On the other hand, maybe you could just take it as a sign....Shreveport is the way to go. Ha Ha! Kim is supposed to call me early next week with my date for the EGD. Then, all that is left is the preop appt and a surgery date! I am both nervous and excited.

I have that appointment on the 22 and will be there come hell or highwater. Kim said that i could bring all my presurgery tests and they would use them and I am getting to do the seminar the day I go, so I won't have that to do, I might get surgery really soon. I hope so. I hope your EGD goes well, they are a breeze.

Wouldn't it be funny if we got our surgeries the same day? That would be a hoot! It could happen....depending on how busy he is. What were you doing up at 3:51 A.M?

Oh my gosh, we could really have a good time. I was up because I couldn't sleep. Insomnia, comes and goes.

Have you ever tried liquid Children's Benadryl or the generic for it? That is what I use when I can't sleep...works like a charm. The liquid gets into your blood stream quicker...I usually drink a hot cup of decaf tea right after it and out I go. Try it, it may work for you. My doctor told me a long time ago it won't hurt me and I won't get addicted to it. It just makes me really drowsy so I can fall asleep. I just swig it out of the bottle, lol...amounts to about a tablespoon...or so.
