My neighbor that lives next to me has been evicted and today is his last day. I am so glad. Ever since his wife left him he's been a nightmare. He comes over like 20xs a day can I borrow this can I use your phone can I can I can I. If I hear that from him again I think I'll scream. Right now he owes me $12 which I know isn't a huge amount of money but I was going to use that for groceries this week. So now I have to get groceries from my parents house. I hate doing that. I asked him last Friday when he got paid if I could have the money because I was taking his couch to the dump along with mine so he wouldn't get a ticket for having it out on the front porch. He said yea I'll pay the whole thing I said great and also remember you said you'd be here to help load it in the truck. Well Friday rolls around and no money, Saturday rolls around and no Raymond to help load it so Dad and I just kind of figured out how to get it in the truck without having to lift it too much. We got to the dump and it ended up to be more than what they quoted me and I told him he said ok I'll get you the money then he disappeared. I told him today that I left my door open for him to leave the money on the table when he got the deposit back from his fridge and I expected it to be there or I'd sic his wife on him. I highly doubt the money will be there. Oh well at least he won't be around to bug me. Jan

Peace of mind is a good thing. I had bad neighbors for about a year, now they, too, are gone. Way too much smoking and drinking for me to even go outside. Glad you will be shed of him, as my grandma would say.
