What are the big plans today? I'm curious. Tell me, if you will, a few of the things you can do now that you couldn't do pre-surgery. I think four is what I will focus on. That is, when I have the wls these 4 things will be my great moments when I say. Wow! 1. Tie my own shoes. 2. Fit into a booth. 3. Buy normal clothes. 4. Use any seat belt. 5. Walk. Okay, I added one. So, who is up to the challange? By the way, did any of you go out of state to have your surgery and if so, why?

I take my grandson to the pool almost every day. It's really the only exercise that I can do. Not only is it easy on the joints, but it's fun too.

Tendonitis is a pain. I have RA and because of that, I get really inflammed tendons. Hope you get to feeling better.
