I see him June 23rd. I have my one year appointment then. I am nervous because I weighed myself today and I gained 4lbs. I am trying not to bum about it but its so hard. Jan

Congratulations on your 3 year! How are you doing? I commend you for staying active on the board--I've not done as well there. But life is busy, and I 'm thankful to be living it to the max! Joy
