Topic: I'm Back!
had a computer meltdown over the summer and have been depending on my phone for Internet access.  I'm back and wondering what all my WLS friends have been up to?

TGIF!  I had a great workout last night, and I'm sore today!  I did P90X+ upper body and P90X2 abs/core.  Tonight is off night, so no exercise for me.  Tomorrow I'm on the 'clean team' at church so I'll sweep/mop the parish hall and I'll probably do some yoga.  Sunday I'll run outside!!

Eats today:
B1-3/4 of a Jimmy Dean Dlight breakfast sandwich
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-chicken soft taco
S-banana
S-Chobani
D-steak and asparagus, sweet potato

Dessert-none, but I'll have a martini tonight.

I weighed today and am the same as last week.

FINALLY did my running on the "dreadmill" last night.  I can't wait till this weekend so I can get outside and have a good run.  Tonight will be something with weights...not sure what yet.

S-Chobani

S-clementine
D-2 tacos (homemade)

B2-grilled chicken breast
L-Chunky healthy request soup (whole can) and 8 lo fat Ritz crackers
S-banana
S-strawberries
S-Chobani mango
D-center cut pork chop and steamed broccoli

Dessert-S/F Pudding?

I will run tonght (didn't do it last night....took care of DH-he has a cracked rib, in a lot of pain)

Super busy past couple of weeks.  Not formally exercising but staying on the move at work and personal life.

B:  1 egg, 1 slice ham, 1 slice toast, some shredded pepper jack cheese
S:   Coffee
L:  1c veg soup, 6 Triscuits, 1/2 c. tuna
S:  1 c. fresh fruit
D:  Fresh spinach salad with a boiled egg, carrots, red onion, and almonds, 6 Triscuits
S:  Not sure yet but I am sure I will find something!

Happy Tuesday!  Biggest Loser is tonight!

Saturday we hiked 8 miles at Cheaha-the Chinabee trail.  It was a relatively easy hike and the waterfalls were full.  It was 29 degrees when we started, but once we got moving, we were peeling layers off.  Great day for a hike!

Yesterday I did P90X2 chest and back....I could only do 30 minutes....it is so hard, but I know I'll master it!

Today's eats:
B1-Jimmy Dean Dlight breakfast sandwich
B2-grilled chicken breast
S-1/2 banana
L-Lean Cuisine pizza
S-Chobani
S-1/2 banana
D-salad with a couple baked chicken fingers, boiled egg

Dessert-s/f jello with pineapple and cool whip

I'll probably run on the "dreadmill" tonight since it will be raining.
