It may be a long way for you but I do know that flowers hospital bariatric center in dothan AL accepts medicaid.

Looking at the date, probably too late of a reply, but would appreciate feedback on your results. I'm currently working through BCBS of Alabama. My bariatric doctor gave me 7 forms to have my primary care physician fill out. First appointment and six 1-month appointments. Key to approval is making sure your physician codes your visits correctly as my previous visits were not recognized. The forms provide a secondary paper trail and are sent from my physician to the bariatric doctor for my insurance application for surgery.
I was recently approved for Medicaid of Alabama. I've read that is covers VSG. But I am having trouble finding a Doctor who takes Medicaid. Can anyone offer some info on this subject? I've got all that is required done. I had insurance thru my husband and had finished all the required task. but things happened and now we are on Medicaid. Any way any help would be so much appreciated.
Hi, are you logging everything you eat into an app or website like myfitnesspal? Maybe your calories and carbs are too high? I never reached goal and gained a little back, but I am back on track now and trying these things. I have physical limitations too, but I am trying swimming for exercise. I hope this helps.

He was a good man and will be missed by many. I hadn't kept in close contact with him, but was always inspired by his fb posts and just by his faith and witness. I hoped to go to the funeral but was unable.
