Thank you for posting your menu... for those of us still going through the initial loss - it is actually helpful.  I am walking at work now 3x a week - for 1/2 hr each in a very fast walk and I am finding that my tolarance is starting to increase so I am now pushing myself to do it with weights and to run some and walk some.  My food intake today is:

B-1/4 egg whites with 1 small turkey sausage link
S1- small banana
L- 4oz boneless chicken with garlic sauteed mushrooms and onions(will need a tictac )
S2- Protein Shake
D- Salmon with mixed steamed vegatables
S3-8 oz FF milk

I'm sure it isn't perfect - but I am trying.

Today is my Friday...and oh my Lord what a day it is turning out to be!  I've got massive deadlines and a couple huge HR issues.....

Eats today:
B-1/2 c cottage cheese with nsa peaches and 1/2 ww english muffin
B2-a few crackers and 2 laughing cow cheese wedges
L-SUSHI!!
S-chobani-passion fruit-it is new so this will be the 1st time trying it
D-chicken salad wrap

Exercise-running on the treadmill

I'll be back on Tuesday!

Breakfast was a shake made with coconut milk and a handful of blueberries
Lunch was the same as the last few. Trying to eat it before it goes bad or ill have to freeze it.
Dinner was 3 oz hamburger (deer) patty and a few bites of salad.

Exercise was Pilates and a walk.

Have a great time in New Orleans.....haven't been there yet and am looking forward to visiting!!

TGIF for me today :)

B:  1/2 whole wheat toasted bagel with cream cheese, almond slivers and poppy seeds, 2 slices turkey bacon
S:  1/2 banana and 3 strawberries, 3 deli slices of oven roasted chicken
L:   chicken and cheese sandwich with spinach and mustard
S:   small apple
D:  1 1/2 slices papa john's pizza and 5 chunks of fresh melon
S:  Not sure yet.....prob an apple or crackers with pnut butter

I have a weeks vacation beginning Sunday so not sure how much I will be around next week.  Enjoy the Mardi Gras festivities!

Hump day!  I will post tomorrow, but Friday and Monday I'll be out of town enjoying some Mardi Gras parades in New Orleans....so who shall do our post????

Today's Eats:
B1-Jimmy Dean Delights breakfast sandwich
B2-2 laughing cow cheese wedges and a few crackers
L-blackened snapper, black eyed peas and seafood gumbo
S-banana
S-Chobani
D-spaghetti and meatsauce

Dessert-probably just coffee

Exercise:  not sure, I have to go to the grocery tonight, so I may not do a thang!

B:  3 strips turkey bacon, slice of toast
S:  Coffee
L:  cheeseburger, small fries, water
S:  6 pnut butter and crackers
D1:  1/2 c. tuna, spoonful of carrots, 6 more pnut butter and crackers
D2:  1 c. taco mix (turkey), with chips
S:   No idea but working til midnight so I am sure I will eat something else!

Yea! It's Tuesday and I made it to post on the right day!

Coffee first thing. Make it while I get the hubs off to work and cook an egg for my daughter.
B was a shake made with coconut milk and 1/4 of a frozen banana
L will be ground venison with veggies and cheese
Dinner will be a shake, I have a new class starting tonight and dinner won't be Ready before I leave.
Will have some roast chicken when I get home.
Snacks will white bean protein cookies and yogurt if I want it.

Yoga and a walk today. It's beautiful out!

Did anyone watch Smash?  I didn't think it lived up to the hype, but we'll see.  Good singing talent.
