Working from home today so the plumber could come and fix a few things.  He is here now.

Eats today:
B1-Jimmy Dean Delight breakfast sandwich
B2-leftover yellow fin tuna steak and a few green beans
L-Chunky soup, crackers and a few bites of cheese
S-Chobani
S-raisins
D-Steak and brussel sprouts

Dessert-fruit bar

Exercise:  I am DYING to workout.  When plumber is done I'll do P90X and then I'm going for a run!

As Kim, stated, therapy is never a bad idea. I have found the transformation was not hard for me at all, it was everyone else around me having a hard time with it. That in turn , caused me problems and I found myself self sabbotaging my weight loss. I would highly recommend therapy so you know why you are the way you are. 7,8 and 9 years down the round from now you will be far better off.

Hi! Sounds like New Orleans was fun even if it was cold!

Breakfast was a bite of a sf gf cupcake and coffee....bad morning
Lunch will be chili with a sprinkle of cheese
Dinner will be chicken cooked slow with whatever else I can scrounge up in the cupboards....wish me luck!

If anyone has any meal ideas I'd love to hear them. Breakfast and lunch have been throwing me lately. I want savory but can't seem to think of ideas. I'm allergic to soy, wheat, corn, and eggs so most eggs and toast ideas are out. Shakes and yogurt are my staples but I need a change up! Thanks for any ideas!!!

Hump day!  I am so missing my workouts! I haven't worked out in a week-well, I did a lot of walking in New Orleans last weekend, but no "real" workouts....and I so miss it!  Tonight I have dinner with a customer so tomorrow I'll get a good workout in.  I am working from home tomorrow so I'll be able to do weights in the morning and then maybe go for a run in the afternoon! 

Eats today:
B1-1/2 c cottage chs with NSA peaches and 1 slice ww toast
B2-protein bar (I am missing my grilled chicken!!)
L-Lean Cuisine pizza
S-Chobani yogurt
S-tropical trail mix
D-sushi

I had a not so great eating day. Think I need to make up a few things to keep in the fridge for meals like I'd been doing.
Breakfast was a protein shake with strawberries
Lunch/snacks were a sf gluten free cupcake, a small handful of nut chips, half a boiled egg, and a peanut butter protein powder concoction....this was over several hours.
Dinner was a protein shake when I got home from class.

Better start today!

My DD and I had a great time in New Orleans this past weekend.  We got to go to a few parades...but the weather was VERY cold.

Eats today:
B1-Jimmy Dean Delight breakfast sandwich
B2-Nature Valley protein bar
L-1/2 sandwich and soup combo from McAllisters (ate 1/2 of both)
S-Chobani
S-handful of trail mix
S- a piece of king cake
D-not sure

No exercise tonight-I have somewhere to go after work
