Topic: My Farewell To You All
After 10 plus years I am saying my final farewell to you all. I hope in some way I have made a difference or helped you find your way.
Obesity Help was a major part of my life for a long time but as with all things it comes to an end. December was very hard for me.

I also like to bring packs of tuna, protein bars, bags of nuts, and pnut butter and crackers to work with me. I can eat those on the go very easily.
Whole fruits, cheese, and the frozen bags of Edamame are also fast and good.
Have started adding in more water at work and I bring my own (very cute and bright) water bottle!
I eat on the go at work all the time. Makes me feel like a grazer but I have learned that I eat when I can and I eat when I know I should.....even if that means I tell a coworker that I have diahrea and I will be in the restroom for a bit.....I know....eating in a bathroom isn't ideal! LOL But.......take care of yourself no matter where you are!

You can do it! We all have weaknesses and it is nice to know that we aren't alone.
Recognizing the problem is the hardest thing to do.....like I will "rationalize" that I can have such and such to eat, or I can drink a few sodas, or I am too tired to work out....etc. etc.
But I have found when I get back to the basics, the tool still works.

Topic: 4 years Post-Op
Feb 25th was my 4 year post-op date
I can NOT believe it has been 4 years. I finally feel "normal"....well, most days anyway!
I am actually happy with me....not just the physical me but all me. It is a wonderful feeling.
Current Wt. - 133
I have done well with my monthly goals of walking and socializing more. Need to work on that tan though!
Increasing exercise and getting a tan...oh...and whitening my teeth....and....tapping into some spiritual needs.....those are my focuses for the month of March!

I am in training this week and am working tonight also. 3rd day I have worked 16 hr. shift. I am soooo tired.
B: 6 crackers with cheese, lite and fit yogurt
S: Coffee - lots of it!
L: 3 oz. baked chicken, 1/2 c. mashed potatoes, 1/2 c. greens, 1 c. salad
D: Same as lunch
S: More coffee
S: 1 c. strawberries, 6 crackers with p-nut butter
D2: cheeseburger with extra pickles and unsweet tea
Barely having time to sleep so no walking past 3 days.

Hi Kim,
Yes! WooooHooo! I love the food tracker widget thingy. But, only since I started back on track Saturday. I don't feel like the bread is the main culprit, just a lot of bad habits altogether. One of the things is trying to wolf down that sandwich and run in and out of rooms and I was washing it down with a diet soda and snacking and no****ching what I was doing!
Thank you for those suggestions, gotta love dill pickles, I love the midgets that are packed with Texas Pete hot sauce.....

Topic: 5th Year Surgiversary
Hello Everybody!! OH sent me an email and so i posted on my profile plus here. Last Thursday, Feb. 23, 2012 was my 5th year surgiversary. I am still the same ole me and still holding at 140 lbs lost. I walk and go to the gym just about everyday. I love my life today. I am doing great.
