Topic: Friday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising? Did U Weigh?
Happy Good Friday! Glad the week is over.
I ended up playing bowling on the Wii last night with DH and never made it down to the gym. Tonight is off day for me....my lower body muscles are pretty sore, so I need a day off. Tomorrow I'll run, and Sunday maybe weights.
Today's eats:
B1-Jimmy Dean Delights breakfast sandwich
B2-grilled chicken breast
S-2 clementines
S-Kashi bar
L-salad
S-Chobani
S-banana
D-not sure yet
My appetite has returned.........yeay. I'm really am glad-food was all just tasting bad while I was sick. At least I know I'm getting better!

Topic: Thursday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising?
Already had one of my cucumber plants give up on me.....this garden thing is gonna be stressful! I feel so responsible for my plants!
Eats today:
B1-cottage chs with fresh pineapple and 1 sl ww toast
B2-grilled chicken breast
S-banana
L-red beans and ham, lo fat Ritz crackers
S-clementine
D-steak and veggies
Dessert-jello with fruit/cool whip
Exercise: Something weights-did cardio last two days....I might just go and do the ole Nautilus machine! I haven't touched it in over a year, and it would be interesting to see how much weight I can use now! Then I'll do abs.

L: 1/2 baked pork chop, 1/4 c. green beans, 1/4 c. potatoes with onions, 1 c. spinach salad
D: Prob same as Lunch!

had to be at work at 6am this morning so no workout today.

S: Oh yeah peanut butter cup protein wafers
L: Chicken tortilla soup with cheddar
S: greek yogurt with blueberries and sf vanilla syrup and cinnamon
D: don't know - might go out with the hub before goin to buy the kid an Easter gift for her baseket

Had the PS cosult and will do a LBL in early November (I have to wait due to several trips planned between now and then..the biggest being 2 weeks in Alaska in September).
I am scared and excited. I decided I might as well go ahead and get all the extra skin removed in one shot!

S: oat and honey granola bar
D1: 1/2 Ham and Cheese sandwich, Spinach salad with grape tomatoes and baby portobella mushrooms.
D2: Same as D1!
S: 1/2 banana, handful of potatoe chips
Exercise: 2 mile walk this morning :)

L: 3 oz. shredded bbq chicken, few bites baked sweet potato, and few bites black eyed peas
D1: Cheeseburger with xtra pickles from McD's, unsweet tea
S: 6 Pnut butter and crackers, 1/2 banana
S2: Oat and Honey bar...found some with only 6g of sugar!
Exercise: Walked 2 miles this morning. Getting in close to 3 miles this evening at work!
