Probably no exercise tonight. I've been working out everyday for the past 5 days and I'm sore. Just need a rest.
Hello and Happy Tuesday everyone!
Had surgery in 2003 and as my Doc would say have been a success patient. From the beginning and with alot of prayer I knew the surgery was a must for me. My story is a story in itself and I will post at a later date. Fast forwarding to the present, as of Thanksgiving alot of things changed and I just had NO idea what was taking place within my body.Have been diagnosed with Reactive Hypoglycemia...low blood sugar.Have had lows of 39. After trying to maintain it with diet (which did not work)was finally put on meds. In need of an Endocrinologists within Alabama who treats and is familiar with Gastric bypass patients.
Also, if anyone is dealing with the same problems any suggestions would be helpful.

When I turned around to head back, I realized why it was so "easy"...........there was a very strong wind that was blowing me forward! On the way back (mostly UPHILL) I was running into that freakin wind....it about killed me. Suffice it to say I had to take several walk breaks on the way back!

L: 1/2 hot dog with chili and cheese and onions!
S: coffee with 2% and left over soup
D: prok loin and zucchini on the grill!

L: cream of chicken and wild rice soup from Panara - OMG good.
S: cheese stick and a SF pudding
D: leftover cheesy chicken thing I made in the slow cooker
S: hot protein drink again - found this awesome almond milk at Trader Joes - only 45 calories for 8oz....YAY!!
