I have RH..but it is easily controlled by diet.  Good luck finding a doctor.

Today is one of those "hungry days".  If I can get my hands on it, it is in my mouth!  Gotta go to Macy's on the way home.  DH found some dress shoes Saturday...they tell us that if we do a "presale" we can get 25% off...which resulted in $35 savings, so it was worth it.  I don't get this whole "presale" mess....it is extra work for them to have to restock it until I come and get it.....I guess they are counting on me shopping for a little something for myself when I go back in without him!!!

Eats today:
B1-Jimmy Dean Delights breakfast sandwich
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-1/2 sandwich and soup from McAllisters
S-clementine
S-strawberries
S-a few Ritz
S-Chobani
D-blackened salmon and corn

Dessert-s/f jello with light cool whip

Probably no exercise tonight.  I've been working out everyday for the past 5 days and I'm sore.  Just need a rest.

that is so funny - I felt like that on my walk last night.....had to stop and close my eyes at one point - dirt flying in my face!

                                                     Hello and Happy Tuesday everyone!
Had surgery in 2003 and as my Doc would say have been a success patient. From the beginning and with alot of prayer I knew the surgery was a must for me. My story is a story in itself and I will post at a later date. Fast forwarding to the present, as of Thanksgiving alot of things changed and I just had NO idea what was taking place within my body.Have been diagnosed with Reactive Hypoglycemia...low blood sugar.Have had lows of 39. After trying to maintain it with diet (which did not work)was finally put on meds. In need of an Endocrinologists within Alabama who treats and is familiar with Gastric bypass patients.
Also, if anyone is dealing with the same problems any suggestions would be helpful.

Yesterday I went for a run.  It is along this new bypass highway close to my house. They built a sidewalk along it so it is a good place to run......it is hilly, so it is a challenge.  While running it yesterday (the mostly downhill part) I noticed how easy it was....I was so proud of myself for "being able to run the whole 2 miles without stopping"................well................

When I turned around to head back, I realized why it was so "easy"...........there was a very strong wind that was blowing me forward!  On the way back (mostly UPHILL) I was running into that freakin wind....it about killed me.  Suffice it to say I had to take several walk breaks on the way back!

Had a nice run yesterday.  It was cool and VERY windy.  Running down to the highway was a breeze....litterally.  Mostly downhill AND the wind was at my back.  Coming back up....not so easy...running up hill AND into the wind.....but I made it through with a few walking breaks.

Eats today:
B1-Jimmy Dean Delights breakfast sandwich
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-sushi
S-banana
S-Chobani
D-pork chops and veggies

Dessert-strawberries and cool whip

did workout video this AM and gonna walk this evening if the weather holds out.
B: hot protein drink
S: 8 PB filled pretzel nuggets
L: cream of chicken and wild rice soup from Panara - OMG good.
S: cheese stick and a SF pudding
D: leftover cheesy chicken thing I made in the slow cooker
S: hot protein drink again - found this awesome almond milk at Trader Joes - only 45 calories for 8oz....YAY!!

Happy Monday!  Work is already hectic.  I'm going to Biloxi with the "girls" this weekend and can't wait!  After missing a week of exercise I'm really enjoying getting back in the routine....I mowed the yard Friday, did P90X2 arms, shoulders and abs yesterday and I'll run when I get home today.

Eats today:
B1-1/2 c cottage chs with nsa peaches and 1/2 ww english muffin
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-Chunky healthy request soup and crackers
S-banana
S-Chobani
D-steak and sweet potato and broccoli

Topic: TGIF! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising? Did U Weigh?
We made it to Friday!  We have a function at work today....so it will be a fun day.  This weekend is going to be so busy-Saturday will be running, working at church, grass cutting, a house warming party for my son's girlfriend, a memorial service.....Sunday is church, cooking for us and for a family that recently lost a loved one.....very busy weekend.  I'm tired just typing it!

Eats today:
B1-1/2 c cottage chs, NSA peaches and 1/2 ww english muffin
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-grilled burger, salad
S-Chobani
S-clementines
D-grilled bratwurst and baked beans

no exercise for me-off day....have a great weekend!
