Thank you! I'm looking for it today!
So yes, I'm back with my P90X. I did Core Synergistics today! Phew, that stuff is no joke! LOL! I'm not a pro yet, but, I'm going to mix it up and keep doing it consistently. I'm thinking of getting a gym membership as well so I can go and use the eliptical and treadmill as well. I also like to use the basketball courts for a decent workout too.
Your much further along with P90X than I am. But, I am committing to 5 days a week; even though P90X requires 6. I figure if I can do six, I will; but will be very proud if I continue to be consistently consistent with 5 days.

I did get your email--welcome to our board! Go to the Chobani website and see if you can find stores in your area that carry it--here it is Publix and Target Superstores have it too.
For the salmon, I am very boring when it comes to fish-- I just "pan fry" it in an iron skillet with a little olive oil--no breading or anything--I cook it on high to crisp it, then flip it and cover it in lemon pepper and some fresh squeezed lemon juice. Sometimes I use Greek seasoning or Cajun seasoning.
The Chobani strawberry banana is my other fave! Ask your store if they'll get those flavors for you.
So you do P90X too? I love it!

Hi Kim!
Did you get my email? Thanks for all of the encouragement! Hey, where do you find the Chobani pineapple? They don't carry that flavor here in Illinois! I'm jealous
Okay, so here's the plan of what to eat today, however, I'm logging whatever I eat just in case anything changes.
B-Protein Shake
S-Chobani Blueberry
L-Baked chicken breast salad w/dressing
S-PB Kashi Bar
D-Lemon pepper catfish with steamed veggies
Excercise: If I don't go to the gym with my girlfriend, I will be doing P90X
Kim, can you share your salmon recipe? I have a whole coho salmon in the freezer from Whole foods. It had it butterflied and the bones removed. Now I'm trying to figure out the numerous ways to cook it!

Here's mine for Monday:
B - 1 egg and about 1/4 sausage patty and spoonful of grits
S - naval orange
L - tuna with dill relish, lowfat mayo and mustard
S - small slice rum cake
D - chinese boneless spare ribs, 2 tbls rice, 1 wonton
Not a great dinner but I'm really struggling to find things that are good alternatives for take out food when we're not cooking.
