i have no plan really today. but i just wanted to say PLEASE take a few pictures of her dress shopping, all the diff ones she tries on. i love seeing them. i cant wait til i get to dress shop one day lol. maybe.
so heres what i think i'll eat? Todays Js birthday and we're going to Hooters for dinner
B-weight control oatmeal
S-few chips w/ cheese dip
L-frozen pizza
D-buffalo shrimp from hooters or steamed shrimp
I ate my weight (not quite but too much) steamed shrimp last night from the shrimp basket. 2 nights before that i had all you can eat crab legs. my step dad helped me on those but i really have over ate and not ate balanced this vacation. i cant wait to get home and do better.

I am wedding dress shopping tonight, so no exercise for me-then off to Publix for penny item day shopping.

B-Jimmy Dean D-Lights breakfast bagel
S-Kashi bar
L-Lean Cuisine 4 cheese canelloni
S-clementine, chobani raspberry yogurt
D-not sure--probably eat out somewhere
Are yall having a devil of a time coming off the carb and candy coma high of the holidays? My body is just dying for cookies! candy! cakes! pies! potatoes! pasta!!!! UUUGGGHH!!! I am having to "detox" to get off them again....

Personally, I am not a fan--especially of the instant varieties because they are basically simple carbs (that is how your body uses it) and not much protein. If you must eat it, use steel cut organic oats http://www.purcellmountainfarms.com/Organic%20Oats%20(steel% 20cut).htm.
Your body will utilize this better.

Im having a bowl of weight control oatmeal this morning. i LOVE oatmeal but feel its "bad for you" even the weight control kind. there is so many carbs and very little protein. so i was thinking of eating it later on and maybe adding some bacon or some form of protein but i still dont know if thats a good choice? help!
ive dont really crappy and broke all my good rules ive learned and how i had got back on track on this vacation. i come back hom on the 1st and well the elliptical is the first place im headed lol. i am hitting it hard because i have a goal for this year and i have to reach it.
anywho i'll be back after the first of the year! hope yall had a great christmas. i'll try to check back in tonight.

This step is truly freeing!! Even if that person does not accept our amends, we are free. It is hard to do this sometimes, but it is so worth it. I had to ask someone a few months ago to forgive me for something that I said after they hurt me. I should have kept my mouth shut. This was a relative whom I use to be very close to, but they chose to pretty much leave our family. I apologized, they did not respond, but I am free now.

You know, as I worked the steps last year in Celebrate Recovery, this one was a toughy. Steps 4 & 5 were hard, but a continuing personal inventory is hard. However, when I do this, it makes me realize how critical and unforgiving I can be at times. I have also realized that once I admit, it is gone. I do not have to re-live that, nor does anyone or any words have the power to cause me to re-live it.
Thank you so much for posting these. If people really really work the 12 steps, it will change their life forever.

The snow was so beautiful! The girls just ran around and played. I didn't get the hippo for Christmas, so I will just have to settle for not looking like a hippo anymore! LOL!
