Thanks you guys that replied.  You are right.  I CAN do it!  I know where I'm going wrong and my WLS Tool still works just fine.  Away with the slider foods and empty calories!!!!

I weighed this morning.  I gained 3 lbs.  Time to start tracking my food again to ensure I cut out the mindless eating.....I'm on top of it now so I don't get any more gain!  I also need to run more...the heat has kept me from getting out there as much as I should.

Eats today:
B-1/2 c cottage cheese with NSA peaches and 1 slice ww toast
L-red beans with sausage and ham
S-watermelon
D-baked ziti and salad

Bunco tonight-no exercise

L-salad and pizza
S-cupcake and 1 cookie (oink)
D-spaghetti and meat sauce

NO DESSERT!  already had it!

I will do something cardio in the basement today-rainy

I ended up not working out yesterday because I had a sinus headache.  I still have the headache.  I am going to try to run today though.

I'm going through a "fat phase".  I FEEL fatter, but I'm not.  My clothes fit just fine, but I still FEEL fatter.  It does make me more conscious about my eating though....so not all bad.

Eats today:
B-grilled chicken breast
S-wheat thins
L-Lean Cuisine pizza
S-Chobani pineapple
S-pickles
D-spaghetti/meat sauce

Dessert-jello with pineapple

Dessert-sugar free jello and pineapple
