Hi Kim!
Just checking in, and I'm doing great! I've really gotten back into working out, making it fit my schedule so I'm really happy about it. Lost 5 pounds last week, and taking it one step at a time. I've been logging my meals (when I can remember) and really being choosy about my meals. If you can, check out this movie called Food Inc. I am REALLY reading all of the labels now!
B: Chobani strawberry yogurt
S: Nuts
L: Baked Chicken, salad with Asiago, Fontina, & Parmesian cheese. Light dressing
S: Protein Shake
S3: Went to the Chicago Bulls game tonight. Was being good and ate a Kashi PB Granola Bar
D: Italian beef meatballs and pasta sauce, red (no sugar added from Whole Foods)
Workout: Kenpo X Saturday, rest on Sunday.
Circuit Training Today for 30 minutes! Phew! I ran in place for the first time in a long time and I'm excited! Can't wait to try and jog in the spring!

Just got off the scales and I have lost 60 pounds in just under 3 months! I I have felt great!! Thanks for all the advise and support!!!

So far for today, I've had 2 bottles of water and one Muscle Milk Protien Shake. About to eat some potatoe soup. This will be the first food since surgery! Wish me well!
And I'll keep sipping!

omg! wanna talk about obsessed, right after my surgery i probably weighed myself 10 times a day.
then when i was pregnant....omg, dont get me started. i watched that scale like a hawk!
now that i am super busy as a mommy and with school work, i think i weigh myself once a week. maybe twice, just depends.

lunch update: I ordered chicken enchilada of which I took about 3 bites....cuz I had already filled up on chips and salsa/cheese dip at Superior Grill...........guess a lot more running is in my future!
dinner update: my co-worker and I will try another Korean restaurant for dinner tonight
oh, and I just had a nectarine.....it was soooo good.

With all this walking im doing im not sure what is on the menu. Just not hungry. Some of the people here in the office are going to do scale back and im trying to get them motivated and walk and eat right. So we are walking 20 min in the am and 1 hr at lunch and 20 min in the afternoon. I have 3 motivated.
I will eat. I have a Adkins Portein Shake in the fridge.
