I'm in Atlanta--cold and rainy today.  Last night I had a Korean food fest with my co-worker who is Korean, so he knows what to order!  I tried so many new things and most of them were very good.  Tonight will be grilled seafood night....I'm dying for some good blackened fish.

I'll go run on the treadmill at the hotel before dinner.  Last night I did abs in my room while I watched Heavy on A&E.  My heart just aches for these people--their issues seem to be very emotional.  I am perplexed though that their doctor doesn't offer bariatric surgery as a viable tool in their journey......there are still so many barriers that need to be broken regarding the stigma of "the easy way out".  This has been the hardest thing I've done in my life, I just got a good start with the benefits of my surgery.  If you truly change your life, there is nothing easy about this.  I'll get off my soapbox now.

Food today:
B-scrambled egg, 2 sl bacon 1 sl ww toast with butter
L-soup/salad at Panera
S-banana
S-Kashi bar
D-blackened fish somewhere!

I am so proud of you!  Your food looks good--just make sure you add a few good carbs with all the exercise you are doing--some sweet potato or ww bread-keep up the great work!
