Had every intention of walking for an hour at lunch today, but looks like rain will screw that up. I keep dumbells at the office now so probably arm workouts at lunch. then tonight back to the P90X torture system.

B - Protein Shake
L - Grilled Chicken Tenders
D - Scrambled Eggs

Kim, whats the nutrient info on those Jimmy Dean Lights you've been mentioning? I need to mix things up a little and try something else.

We've got some rain/wind headed this way today, so I'll have to run on the treadmill tonight. 

Food today:

B-Jimmy Dean D-Lights breakfast bagel
S-Kashi bar
L-not sure-have a meeting and lunch will be served
S-Chobani pineapple, apple
D-salmon and veggies

Dessert-probably coffee

Thanks to everyone for the replies, So far ive been stopped for two full days now, Still a little "moody" but Im gonna be okay, I go back to work tomorrow, so thats gonna be the real test, but im planning on taking lots of gum and pepermint with me...

B:  2 strips of turkey bacon, 1 egg, 1 slice whole grain toast
L:  3 oz. deli chicken, 1 slice cheese, 1 slice toast
S:  skinny cinnamon dolce latte
D:  1 1/2 c. salad, 3 oz. baken chicken
S:  1/2 banana
S:  6 p-nut butter crackers


Exercise:   20 min. of yoga and 3 mile walk  :)

Sorry to hear about your son!  Sometimes tough love is the best kind!  Hope he sees the light for you! 

Today has been pretty good!

B-running around and took a Poweraid Zero with me.
L-a little over 1/4c mashed potatoes
S-Muscle Milk Protien Shake
D-ate the cheese off the top of a piece of pizza ( SO GOOD....I want tomatoes so bad, and I know I shouldn't have eaten this as it is)

2 bottles of water drank in addition to the above.  So, fluids are pretty good for today!

Can we not talk about my eating for today? i can tell im majorly stressed and depressed.

B-steak biscuit (i know, bad, bad bad)
L-chicken salad from subway
s-chocolate chip cookies--i wish i dumped so id eat one and feel miserable
D-ham, fried taters, green beans, mac and cheese. eating at my aunts.

I know my food day absolutely positively SUCKED. At this point, i dont care. tomorrow is a new day and hopefully i'll wake up and not be so pissed/down/depressed. I'll promise to do better regardless of how i feel tomorrow.

THANK YOU!!! Thank you for making me feel welcome.  I was nervous about posting but I know I will be on here a lot for advise.  I am currently awaiting a call from my insurance(I was on the phone with my nephew not 5 minutes ago and missed their call :( ... )  but I am taking my fiance with me tomorrow afternoon for a seminar.  I'm excited and way nervous.  Thank you again for making me feel very welcome here. 


PS... I wish I could put a more current profile pic up...this one is 4 yrs old and 30 pounds ago... I just don't know how to make the pictures I have smaller... :(

Back to the P90X this evening. Took the weekend off so back to the burn!!!

Wow.  Trying day.  My son has gotten into some trouble and we had to move him home over the weekend and today I had to go to court with him.  Thankfully his issues are misdemeanor and he is still a minor ****il May).  We've given him this last chance to move home and get himself straight or we invoke tough love and put him out to find his way.  We've got him on a short leash and hopefully he will take this opportunity to get on the right path.  Thankfully we aren't dealing with addictions, so it really is up to him making good decisions and hanging with the right folks.

It is amazing how one of your three kids can be so completely different.  This one has always been the one to push limits and test boundaries.  The other two just did what they were supposed to do:  graduated high school, went to college, graduated, got jobs and homes and so on....my baby--has to do everything the hard way.  Please say a prayer!!

Food today:
B-1/2 c cottage cheese with NSA peaches and 1/2 ww eng muffin
S-2 small slim jims and Kashi bar
L-4 oz steak and salad, 3 ritz and cheese
S-Chobani cherry yogurt
D-spaghetti and meat sauce

I'm going to do P90X arms, chest and shoulders and then ab ripper X.  I got to go hiking Saturday which was nice but yesterday didn't do any exercise except moving my son.
