But I join the Wellness Center that help alot.
Good luck with your team./
This has been a long week. I think my tummy troubles are behind me now--feeling better and more hungry. I was able to run on the treadmill yesterday to get some exercise in, but I really rather being outside for running. Got a waterfall hike in Sipsey this weekend and theres a good chance the waterfalls will be frozen! I can't wait.
Food today:
B-Jimmy Dean D-Lights bagel sandwich
S-Kashi bar
L-chicken salad and crackers, nectarine
S-Oikos honey yogurt
D-spaghetti and meat sauce, salad
Dessert-jello
Exercise will be P90X--probably legs and back and then ab ripper X
You will be a great inspiration to your team and maybe it will help educate some "regular" people that WLS is NOT the easy way out....it is just a "booster" shot!

The support group is open to anyone who has undergone by-pass surgery regardless of surgeon. You'll find mainly Dr. M folks but some from all over!
The people there are very nice and I've found it's always helpful to know someone local to share experiences with about WLS - the good, the bad and the ugly!
Good luck!
