hello everyone i have been fat my hole life even as a kid now at 35 with a four year old myself my 550+pds body can not take it any more . so many proplem with my health now. well i have finally found a dr that will take my medacaid. so now i am finding out that you can be to fat it a high risk like walking around like this aint well i will find out feb 16 to see if i am to fat.

I went to my first support group meeting last night and just loved it. My fiance Ernie was also way surprised how awesome everyone at the meeting was. It was very motivating and inspirational. Thank you guys for being so great to us. We will most definately continue to go to these support meetings... :)

Topic: TGIF! Whatcha Eating? Exercising??
Went home early yesterday due to the freezing roads so I made a big ole batch of homemade salsa and then DH and I went to the freezing basement and did P90X legs and back and then Ab Ripper X. That sure warmed us up!!
Weighed today--2nd week in a row I'm on the higher end of my 4 lb range so I'll increase water, decrease carbs and be very mindful of the little "extras" that seem to get into my mouth!!
Food today:
B-Kashi cereal and skim milk
S-chicken salad
L-Chunky soup and 5 crackers
S-Chobani strawberry banana
D-broiled steak and salad
Dessert--none for me as I'll be having a martini tonight!
No exercise today--Friday is day off--tomorrow is waterfall hike in Sipsey--guaranteed to be wet, cold, muddy and hopefully beautiful!!
Sunday I'll do a weight workout--then we are having a Super Bowl party!!
Everyone have a great weekend!!

Good morning Friends,
I went to the doctor yesterday. I am down 20 lbs. which makes a total of 28 lbs. so far. He said I was anemic so he started me on iron.
