Topic: Surgiversary!!!
Happy 4th Sugiversary to me!! All I can say is it has been a great 4 years. NO COMPLICATIONS and Dr. Sherer is so proud of me. I went to see him last thursday and as i always i have made him proud and i was down another 4 lbs from last year.

We have the same Dr. isn't he a wonderful person/surgeon ? I have not been to a group meeting but I really want to. I live in Florence, where do you live ? Are the meetings helpful enough to drive almost 2 hrs. ? When is the next one & from what time to what time ? Sorry for so many questions just very interested...

Still loving this weather! Worked the weekend.
This month is my 3 year surgiversary and I haven't struggled with re-gain yet. I truly feel like I have made a life style change and as long as I keep that up while using my tool, re-gain won't happen. I do tend to eat more than I used to, but I also put out a lot of energy. I weigh regularly and when I see a 1-2 lb. gain, I automatically increase the water and protein and exercise more. I think that is the key! I hope anyway. I do not want to ever re-gain the weight I have worked so hard to lose! Thank god for OH. Keeps me on track.
B: 1 scrambled egg with cheese, 1 slice whole grain toast
S: coffee
L: 1 c. caesar salad with 3 oz. grilled chicken
S: 1/2 banana
D: 3 oz. shrimp and scallops with 3/4 c pasta
S: not sure yet!
Exercise: 3 mile walk in the beautiful sunshine!

Today is my 5 month anniversary and I just wanted to share!! It's felt like my loss have been slow but in reality the time has zoomed by!! I'm down 98 pounds from my pre-surgery diet weight. I soooo wanted it to be 100 pounds but I'm not complaining about a 98 pound weight loss :>)

Perfect weekend! We've got a Mardi Gras parade in Millbrook this weekend so hopefully the weather will hold!

D - Spaghetti - we're going to a fundraiser so I'm not sure what else they'll have
Excercise is walking today. It's to gorgeous to stay inside.
Kim - I'm not far enough out yet to be worried about regain, I'm worried about never really losing the weight to begin with. It's strange how our minds want to cling to that fat! Your eating and exercise habits speak for themselves. You're one dedicated lady! Hang on to the fact that your old weight is too slow to catch up and reattach itself to your body ;>)
