You can also take Percogesic it has tylenol and a little extra. I buy the generic at Target and have no problem taking it. I only take it if I need something a little better than Tylenol.

Hi everybody,

What can I take for a headache? I am afraid of taking ibuprofen. Can I take Tylenol?

I used to take a lot of ibuprofen, but I have not taken anything at all since my surgery on 01/11/11.

Hump day! I have customers on site today so we'll be holed up in a conference room all day.

Food today:

B-Jimmy Dean D-Light bagel sandwich
S-Kashi bar
L-Dreamland ribs
S-Chobani pineapple yogurt
S-5 strawberries
D-probably roasted chicken from Publix and salad

Exercise: Tonight I'll do HIIT on the treadmill

I actually have to see a doctor in Chattanooga or Birmingham cuz of my insurance...I really wanted Dr Mailapur. Since I live in Huntsville and I need to have a support system, I decided to keep going to the support group meetings here at the hospital. They are very good people and I will most certainly keep going to the meetings. I believe they are the first thursday of the month. As for the drive...there was people from Guntersville...and Athens...Yes, I know, Florence is a little further...but thats up to you. I liked that there was advise from everyone including the nurse. :)
