Topic: Monday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising??

We had a good weekend. Grilled out Saturday and went to a friends for dinner last night. We ran Saturday and I did P90X yoga yesterday. I love yoga, but no one else does so I am on my own when I do that one.

Food today:

B-Jimmy Dean D-Light breakfast bowl
S-rotissere chicken (3 oz)
L-Steak and salad, crackers
S-Chobani, grapes
D-salmon and veggies

Exercise tonight will be P90X chest and back.

Have a great Monday and be safe....bad weather coming today.

is fair of face...... That child better keep it's face covered today. Bad weather is on the way...or so they tell us.

I had a wonderful weekend. Lots of company at my house Saturday. Grilled for everyone and lots of fellowship. Great service Sunday night at Magnolia Holiness Church. Now back at work. This is Alabama High School Graduation Exam week so I am at work early and at work late.

Who else is here???? Come on, speak to me.
