Last night I forced myself to do P90X chest and back and ab ripper X.....I really didn't feel like working out....but I needed to as yesterday was a "hungry" day......I grazed all day and could never get full. Today I'm "back to normal". Yesterday I ordered P90X Plus....it is 5 additional workouts to add to the 12 in the original set.....I need some more variety!!
Food today:
B-Jimmy Dean D-light breakfast bagel sandwich
S-Kashi bar
L-Chunky soup, crackers, banana
S-Chobani mango
D-leftover spaghetti and meat sauce
Dessert--coffee
Exercise tonight will be HIIT on treadmill

Now that Monday is almost gone--here I am. Kinda bummed out still. We lost one of our childhood friends suddenly Thurdsay night and he was buried today. Life must go on!

I had a pretty good weekend also. Baseball season is back in full swing and Saturday i got my hair did. That always makes me feel good!!

L-pinto bean casserole and few bites of salad
S-protein shake
D-pinto bean casserole and a veggie.
Im fell off the wagon last week for sure. Im back on the wagon and am joining the gym tonight. im WAY excited about that.
