Topic: Friday!! Whatcha Eatin? R U Moving today?
Last night I'd decided I was not going to work out--I was going to veg out in front of the TV.....that is until my DH decided we'd go walk the neighborhood.  So we banged out 3 miles in 45 minutes..the weather was very mild and windy so it was a great night to be outside.

The rain is coming back--I'm going to do some inside projects this weekend.  Tonight I'm grilling (probably in the rain) 2 gorgeous porterhouse steaks I got at Publix....they are on sale this week!

Eats today:

B-1 sl ww toast with PB and 1/2 banana
S-Kashi bar
L-Healthy Choice chicken pesto classico, nectarine
S-chobani lemon yogurt
D-steak and Korean sweet potato and veggies (grilled onions and mushrooms

dessert--none as we'll have ****tails on the back porch tonight

No exercise for me on Fridays--tomorrow I'll do weights and Sunday I'll run.  Everybody have a great weekend!

I am loving this Spring weather!  I've had the top down on the car for days now!!  Yesterday I had to go to court with my son....so I didn't get to post.  I wish I had time to describe for you the atrocities I saw as far as crimes against fashion!  Oh, and when did it become okay to haul your screaming baby to court with you??!?!!!

Got to go running outside yesterday....the weather was perfect!

Today's eats:

B-Jimmy Dean D-Light bagel sandwich
S-Kashi bar
L-salmon and salad, grapes
S-Chobani strawberry banana
D-leftover spaghetti

Dessert-low fat ice cream sandwich

Exercise:  tonight I'll do the arm/shoulder workout and ab ripper X.

I just ordered the add on workouts for P90X because I need some more variety.  April 16th will make 1 year since I started doing it and I cannot believe the changes in my body!   My 2 year surgiversary will be here May 1st.  If someone would've told me at 324 lbs that I'd be where I am today as far as weight and physical wellness, I would've cried at the idea.....this is hard work, but I never could've gotten where I am today without the surgical assistance.  As I approach the 2 year mark I'm also keenly aware that the malabsorption part of my surgery is probably coming to an end....(food malabsorption....NOT vitamin/mineral..that part is for life) so I really am on my own with maintenance.  I still struggle to make sure I am not mindlessly putting things in my mouth....I am deathly afraid of regain!!
