I will post tomorrow but it may be in the afternoon as im off work tomorrow and have dr's appts.
Congrats on the weightloss. I'll be weighin tomorrow. I was thinking of just including the Fridays foods and weigh-in in one..No need really in having a seperate post you think?

B-protein shake (running late)

L-half club sandwich few fries (bad bad bad)
D-cottage cheese w/ NSA peaches
S-protein shake

I feel really bad about the club sandwich but it was delivered to us by a vendor!

I'll weigh in tomorrow. i've been really conscious about what i put in my mouth and how much. I hope its paid off.

I'm working from home today--headed to the mountains tomorrow--so I wont be able to post tomorrow or Monday.

Eats today-
B1-Jimmy Dean D-Light bagel with egg and turkey sausage
B2-Kashi bar
L-not sure yet
S-Chobani yogurt
D-beef tenderlion and veggies

Dessert-a couple Nutter Butter cookies

Last week when I weighed I was up a couple lbs over my high end....so I got a little spooked.  I cut back this past week and really paid attention to what I was eating and upped the cardio, and I'm happy to report that I'm down 4 lbs this week.  It amazes me how easy it is to lose when I put forth effort---to get back to my "normal" weight.  Maintenance is still hard, but at least I know when I get a little out of whack I can fix it easily!!

Welcome!  I know several of the folks on this board have used Dr. Freeman.  I used Dr. Rex Sherer and I absolutely recommend him!

Hello,

I am searching for a surgeon in Birmingham AL. My GP has recommended a few. They are Dr. Jay Long, Dr. Pennington from Advanced Surgeons, and Dr. Freeman from Anniston. 

Has anyone used these surgeons? I would like some feedback from people about these doctors.

When I came home and could do something other than liquids I did soupy mashed potatoes.   I also did cream soups.  I just made sure any chunks were strained out.
It will get better, I promise!!!

L-meatloaf black eye peas and2 bites of mashed taters
S-protein shake
D-scrambled egg w/ tomato and cheese and slice of sausage. maybe a bite of biscuit and gravy but i doubt it.

im shaky after lunch. not sure why. i didnt overeat and didnt have too many carbs. i really hate this **** my whole bodys shakin.

loads of unsweet tea.

im sick and will probably hit the bed or couch after dinner.
