Topic: Wednesday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Moving??
So my allergies are in full swing, had to wear the geek glasses today as my eyes are irritated from the pollen. Last night did P90X plus core workout--only 20 minutes, but wow! Good core workout and several of the exercises are done while hanging from the chin up bar--intense!
Tonight DH and I will walk the neighborhood which is 3 miles and we do it in under 45 minutes....lots of hills so the ole butt is always sore the next day. I usually don't exercise on Wednesday, but I feel like I need an extra workout and the weather is so nice, I'm gonna take advantage of it.
I think this weekend I'll officially swap the seasonal clothes to Spring/Summer and pack away Winter.
Today's eats:
B1-Jimmy Dean D-Lights breakfast bagel sandwich
B2-Kashi bar
L-ham and swiss sandwich on whole grain bread, 1/2 apple
S-Greek yogurt
D-rotissiere chicken from Publix and veggies
Dessert-coffee, a couple cookies (Nutter Butter)
Have a great day!

Topic: RE: Tuesday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising in the Amazing Spring Weather?
Let me know if they work! I've been intrigued by them but didn't want to spend the $ until I personally knew someone that used them and found they worked!
I don't knw if there is much hope for my butt! It may already be toned but I can't tell under the saggy skin!

We had an awesome time--the weather was perfect! We did a hike Saturday in NC near the Fontana dam--it was to the Shuckstack tower....it was 7.4 miles round trip but totally worth it! I added some pics to my profile if you'd like to see them.
Topic: RE: Searching for surgeon.
I have to agree with Louise - and I did pay the PA fee out of pocket, as my BCBC policy didn't cover it. However, I would pay it again in a minute, and double if necessary. Dr. Freeman and his staff are the best out there, as far as I'm concerned. He was my mother's surgeon years ago, and also my brother's surgeon. My brother was hospitalized last October for some rather serious surgery, and I don't think I can relay to you what it mean to have that "TEAM" behind him. They were always available to me - either by phone or text. I've yet to meet another doctor who is that accessible. The office staff is top notch too...always available to answer your questions, no matter how trivial they might seem to be.
Make the appointment for the consultation. You won't be sorry.
