Hi. I am considering Dr.Pennington for the Gastric Sleeve, but am aware that he only uses Trinity Hospital. I've heard that he was excellent. However, I've heard not so good things about Trinity. Can you tell me how your experience was at Trinity Hospital? Was it clean? Were nurses ready available?

Sorry I've been slacking.......I had vacation, then family came to visit, and I'm studying for a certification exam next week.......so I've been very busy.

No exercise for me today.  I ran yesterday and my knees are a bit sore today-probably because I did lunge walks thru the tunnels.

My DH dad, brother and sis in law are flying in tomorrow, so I've been busy preparing the house and cooking.  Can't wait to see them!  Got some new running shoes yesterday so I need to get a few runs in before the Race for the Cure next weekend.

Eats today:
B1-Jimmy Dean Delights
B2-slim jims
L-WW spaghetti
S-Del Monte fruit cup
S-Chobani
D-taco soup

I'd like to think I'd go running today, but I know I have to clean the bathroom and do lots of cooking before company arrives, so that will be my exercise tonight.

I'll be back online Tuesday!

Happy Monday!  I'm getting better each day-still have the cough and the stuffy head.  I ran Saturday and I swear all I did was cough and blow my nose, but I felt better after.  Then DH and I had to do major Fall cleaning....pressure wash deck, clean all windows in and out, garage, basement........you know the drill.  We were worn out!

Tonight I'll do upper body weights and abs.  I need a good weight workout.

Eats today:

B1-Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich
B2-1/2 chicken breast, 1/2 banana
L-tasted several types of chili and way too many desserts!
D-pork chops and veggies
