Nothing makes me prouder than showing off my grandkids. I had no idea until tonight that my 10 year old grandson Jordan was PITCHING his first game. Not sure if they won or not. Last score posted was tied 4-4 top of the last inning.

L: 1 slice healthful whole grain bread, 2 slices turkey, 1 slice cheese, fresh spinach, slice tomatoe
S: 6 crackers with peanut butter, venti skinny cinnamon dolce latte
D1: Cheeseburger with extra pickles from McDonald's
D2: 1 c. Spinach salad, 3 oz. grilled chicken
Exercise: 2.5 mile walk, arm/chest/shoulder exercises.

B1-1/2 c cottage chs with NSA peaches, 1/2 ww eng muffin
B2-3 oz roasted chicken
L-homemade taco salad, pear
S-Chobani yogurt
D-blackened pork chops, corn, sweet potato (just a few bites)
Dessert-coffee
Exercise: I am running this evening then watching the Biggest Loser

Not sure how far you are from Prattville, but anytime you want to do a lunch nearer you, I am game. Always up for a road trip!

I really wish I had kept a pre-surgery outfit. Guess I was so happy to get out of those sizes I got rid of them ASAP!

L: 1/2 c. walnuts and almonds, 6 wheat crackers, 2 oz. cheddar cheese
S: Protein Bar
D: 3 oz. pork chop, 1/2 c. cooked carrots, 1 tea biscuit
S: Apple
Getting in lots of water in effort to moisturize my sunburn from the inside!
Exercise: 3 mile walk

Kim I posted the pictures on facebook. I got 3 and they were so so not the best. I did go over to Belks and got some tops. The weather was wonderful for me.

Good morning. I had a good time and so glad to meet you, Cathi, and Leslie. Always glad to see Louise. Cant wait to see the pic. I was going to eat the rest of my soup for supper but i gave one bite to my husband and he enjoyed it so i had half of a banana sandwich.
I have an outfit pre surgery too that i kept. I look at it but i have never put it on.
