thats funny, pineapple and strawberry are my faves! i use to really like Blueberry but not so much anymore. Im not a cherry fan but i want to try to black cherry!

I ended up at Wintzells and had bacon wrapped shrimp and few bites of cheese grits!

Of the new flavors, I'll give you my impression:

Lemon-It is a good change of pace, not a favorite.  Tastes like lemon ice box pie--the lemon is completely mixed into the yogurt, not a fruit on the bottom.

Mango-OMG--now in my top 3 faves (with pineapple and strawberry banana)

Honey-(not new, but my store just got it) tried it, didn't like it--it isn't honey on the bottom and you can barely taste the honey

Black Cherry--love it!  it is in regular rotation

Good Morning! im finally back at it!

Todays eats arent so good. guess im making up for missing those few days of not eating/throwing up everything i tried to eat.

B-Chicken Biscuit
L-going out for a friends bday. mexican or Wintzells.
D-leftover Logans grilled chicken or leftover lunch?

How do you like the Chobani Lemon? i have some at home but havent tried it yet. I also have the Mango which i havent tried.

I hope everyone made it thru the storms last night.  We had some pea sized hail and lots of lightning, but no damage.

Today's eats:

B1-1/2 c cottage cheese with NSA peaches, 1/2 ww english muffin
B2-Kashi bar
L-Marie Callender's 3 cheese stuffed rigatoni & chicken
S-Chobani lemon yogurt
S-fruit cup
D-pork chop and veggies

Dessert-jello with pineapple

Exercise:  not sure--maybe go for a run or a brisk walk?  if it is too cool out I'll do weights in the basement.

I am going to try and get back to doing this each day.  It really does help to be accountable.

B - plain oatmeal with 1 large strawberry and 1/2 banana
S - grapes
L - pintos and soy cheese
S - banana
D - cabbage and soy chicken
S - protein shake

I cannot exercise right now...but do get walking in when possible.

I don't know about liquid vitamins but I take the OptiSource chewables.   They are very good with a citrus taste and don't have the medicinal after taste.  They are formulated for bariatric patients.  I had a hard time finding something I could take for a very long time.  I have only found the OptiSource at Walgreens.  Good Luck you are doing good.

 I am right at a month out from surgery! Have lost 27 pounds. Still dealing with a bit of vomiting, (doc said my opening may be too small, but we will deal with that later) 

But my real question is there any GOOD or recommended LIQUID vitamins out there, if chew another Flinstones I think I am going to pull my hair out! 

Thanks for any advice and recomendations!

I walked 2 miles this morning.  Ran a ton of errands, paid bills, bought b-day gift cards for the month, etc!

At work now and it looks like a storm is heading this way.

B:  1 slice toast, 1 piece breakfast quiche (egg, spinach, mushroom, onion and mozzarella)
L:  1 cheeseburger xtra pickle, unsweet tea
S:  1/2 Birthday cake pop and skinny cinnamon dolce latte from Starbuck's
D:  piece of leftover quiche, 1/2 c. almonds, 3 strawberries
S:  handful of pita chips

I think a cruise sounds WONDERFUL!  It has been 10 years since I have been on one!  Unfortunately there is no way I can plan that far in advance!

Good afternoon Louise!!!  

I am having or have had:

B - 2 rice cakes and almond butter
S - banana and a few grapes
L - 1/2 baked pot. and salad
S - apple with peanut butter
Dinner - cabbage and soy chicken
S - probably banana/almond milk shake

Holding my weight.  I have actually lost 5 pounds lately.  Thanks...I need to do this every day.
