Topic: TGIF! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising?? Did you Weigh?
I weighed this a.m.--I'm up a couple, but I've also been out to dinner and had drinks the past two nights.
Eats today:
B1-cottage chs with NSA peaches and 1/2 ww eng muffin
B2-Kashi bar
L-grilled burger patty, a taste of all the goodies we're having at our cookout!
S-Chobani pineapple
D-left over stuffed bell pepper and salad
No exercise today--tomorrow I'll either hike or run then Sunday I'll do weights.
Have a great weekend.

I'm with you on that...I like just reg. cream cheese when I eat it. Not the flavored.

Thanks I will pick some up when I go back to WalMart. I tried the new flavored cream cheese last night and it was just not something that I could do. Bobby said it was good. Being as I am such a picky eater it is just trial and error.

Louise, I buy it at WalMart. It is just the Boca chicken patties in the freezer section. I also eat the Morning Star, but they are kinda hot for some reason. I like the Boca better.

Carmen I have seen you post the soy chicken a couple of times, so please tell me what it is and where you buy it. I might have to give it a try.

I have had or will have:
B - Shake (made with banana, unsweet almond milk and protein powder)
S - Banana
L - Black eyed peas, corn, collards
S - grapes
D- soy chicken, green beans, salad
S - shake
Exercise - none.

Almost Friday! Went out to dinner last night with some of our Sales team and had a bit too much to drink....have a big head today!
