Topic: Going for an EGD today!
I am right at a month out and still having MAJOR issues with the vomiting, even liquids. It doesn't matter if I take in a teaspoon at a time or a 1oz. medicine cup full. It all comes back.
I get up and just as if I were preggers, I beging the dry heaves, and start to vomit, this makes for a very long day.
YOu can forget any type of food...no matter how soft or moist. I am most miserable. Monday night I felt like somebody had their had in my tummy twisting and turning until I cried. Has anyone else had this issue?

Today's eats:
B1-Jimmy Dean D-Light breakfast sandwich
B2-3 oz grilled chicken breast
S-tropical trail mix
L-pork chop (3 oz) and 4 brussel sprouts
S-pear
S-Chobani lemon yogurt
S-a few crackers with colby cheese before I run
D-salad with grilled chicken
Dessert-coffee? maybe a couple Nutter Butter cookies
I will run 4 miles when I get home from work today--looking forward to it in this cooler weather!

S - other 1/2 of banana
L - 1/2 sweet potato and salad
S - small handfull of nuts and apple

A new week is here! It is Spring and a great time to take the workouts outdoors!
Saturday DH and I did an early morning run before it got too hot, then yesterday we did P90X arms and shoulders. Tonight DD and I will do P90X core synergistics.
Eats today:
B1-cottage chs and NSA peaches and 1/2 ww eng muffin
B2-3 oz grilled chicken breast
L-Healthy Choice grilled basil chicken, grapes
S-Chobani pineapple
S-a few crackers with cheese before I workout
D-baked pork chops and veggie
Dessert-coffee

I was on the high side of my 3 lb range when I weighed Friday, so I'll be really being mindful of what I put in my mouth this week--I always get a little freaked when I go up a few lbs!

Louise that is awesome!!! I began eating totally different 2 weeks ago and it is awesome how great I feel. Mainly fruits and vegies. Protein shakes are a part of it, also. All together I have lost 10 pounds. Also, I have totally stopped drinking diet cokes. I just pray that I don't pick them back up.

I am not that far out so I am trying to maintain and not gain.
I weigh every day. I know that is bad but if I see even a 2 lb increase, I jump back on board and increase the water and exercise!

For this week I dropped another 1.5 #. I am getting so close to this 10 # that I wanted to get off. I have went back to the protein and fluids. You can do this you just have to get your brain wrapped around what is important. Lets hear from the rest of you who have put on a pound or two. You can do.
