So good to hear from you! All is good here--been running a lot and still maintaining for a year now....I'm still a newbie compared to you too! I just hope I have as much success as you two have had-you have much to be proud of!
And I am so looking forward to all the yummy summer fruits......I love watermelon too but it tends to make me bloaty (probably because I eat my weight in it!)

Just got a minute to sit down! Cooked a big meal-beef tenderloin kabobs (beef, onion, mushroom caps, bell pepper), sweet potato fries (baked) marinated the potatoes in fresh garlic, chili powder, balsmic vinegar and EVOO, baked asparagus, wheat rolls, and fresh collards with ham. It was yummy!

Although I do not care for (can't understand a word) the style of music, this video shows my hometown--Blakely, Ga where I was raised. A small but beautiful farming town where people still care for each other and peanuts are KING .
