Yep! Tan skin looks much better! This will be the first summer where I'm going to attempt to tan my pizza dough stomach...I've got to get one of those "skirt" bikinis.......as long as the bottom is the style of a running skirt I think I can get away with the bikini top....well, I'm going to anyway...if someone doesn't like it, they can turn the other way....as it is, I already run in running skirts so they are having to see my dimpled thighs!!

I swear I thought I was going to melt into a puddle while running last night--I was drenched in sweat from head to toe!
Eats today:
B1-1/2 c cottage chs with NSA peaches and 1/2 ww english muffin
B2-3 oz grilled chicken breast
L-sushi
S-cantaloupe
S-Chobani pineapple
D-not sure-meeting girls for drinks/dinner after work
No exercise tonight for me

YES, YES AND YES!!!! i cant tan anymore due to a mole coming back bad, but when i did tan i got addicted bc it made me look thinner and not as lumpy! LOL

I have been sunbathing and using the tanning bed for the past few weeks and just wanted to say..........a tan makes my body look so much firmer and my scars less noticeable! Has anyone else noticed this?

L: Cheesburger extra pickles with only 1/2 the bun
D: 1 c. cooked chicken with cabbage, 1/4 c. cottage cheese, 1 fresh orange slice
D2: 1 boiled egg, 1 banana, handful of cocoa almonds
S: Unsweet Tea
Exercise: 4.5 miles! HOT out there today!

Really sore from the workout last night. Had a blood screening at the health fair at work today.....all my numbers are excellent.
I had to chuckle when the lady told me I'm overweight, and she could give me some info on how to lose a few lbs if I'm interested. I told her this body has given up all it is going to give up!

B-Jimmy Dean D-Light breakfast bowl
S-slim jim
L-Lean Cuisine cheese cannaloni, cantaloupe
S-chicken breast
S-Chobani lemon
D-salad with baked chicken strips and boiled egg
Dessert-coffee
Exercise: Tonight I'll run 4 miles
Biggest Loser finale is tonight!!

And remember--all that great steamed seafood is good protein (but you can't count the beer as protein!!)

Trying to really stick to high protein and get LOTS of water. I am leaving for the beach this sunday and got a new bikini to take! So.....with that said, I need to get a beach body fast! LOL
B: 1/2 c. Farina
L1: 3 oz. deli turkey, 1 slice cheese, 1 slice toast
L2: 3 oz. beef, pickle slices
S: 6 pnut butter and crackers
D1: 3 bites of turkey and provolone wrap
D2: same as D1
S: 4 oz. dannon fit and lite yogurt
Exercise: 3 mile walk
