Happy Friday!

My eats today:
B1-1/2 c cottage chs with nsa peaches, and 1 sl ww toast
B2-grilled chicken breast (4 oz) (just finished it)
L-Chunky Healthy Request soup and lo fat Ritz
S-watermelon
S-Chobani
D-tacos (2)

Dessert-probably none since I'll be having my Friday evening ****tail.

I'll run tomorrow too-I'm sore from bootcamp right now, so rest day for me.

Super Busy Day!  Hosted a Retirement Breakfast for a co-worker.  Been up since 5 am and am working until midnight!

B:  1 sausage link, 1 scrambled egg, 1/2 banana
L:  1 ham and cheese wrap with no wrap....lol.  1/2 banana
S:  6 p-nut butter and crackers
D:  2 slices turkey ham, steamed carrots
S:  2 slices ham and cheese, 1/2 banana

Lots of bananas left over from breakfast!  LOL
