I have been super busy this week and haven't been on to do the daily posts!  Sorry.

B:  1/2 ww bagel with cream cheese and ham, 1 boiled egg
L:  spinach salad with edamame, cheese, tomato and black olives, 1 mini-turkey burger from Ruby Tuesdays
D:  1 baked chicken leg, 1/4 c. yellow rice, 1 cup steamed veggies with fresh garlic
S:  Banana
S:  Protein Bar

Exercise:  Walked 1.5 miles b4 work......getting in close to 4 miles at work tonight!
