Friday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising? Did U Weigh?

I did not weigh today as I'm only weighing once a month now. So I'll weigh next week for July.
Eats today:
B1-cottage cheese, nsa peaches and 1 slice toast. I wasn't very hungry so I ate about 1/2 of it
B2-grilled chicken breast
S-cherries
S-banana
L-grilled chicken greek salad from Tazikis
S-a few Ritz and laughing cow cheest
D-not sure-going out
No exercise today. I will go to boot camp tomorrow and do yoga Sunday.

S: Coffee
L: 1/2 c. chicken salad, 2 TBSP P-nut Butter, 1 slice ww bread
S: small bag of chips
D: 1 c. chicken soup, 1/2 c. chicken salad
S: 1 apple, 2 TBSP P-nut Butter
Burning lots of calories at work this evening! Have sweated profusely!
