Monday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Moving??
Well here we are again....another new week.
Yesterday was one of those "I can eat all day" days and never get satisfied. Most of you know, when I feel that way, I just go with it. I try to eat good stuff, but a few oreos and M&Ms did find their way into me!
Today is not so bad.
Eats today:
B1-most of a Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich
B2-grilled chicken breast
S-banana
L-Healthy Choice meal
S-watermelon
S-Chobani
D-grilled pork chops and asparagus
Dessert-s/f pudding
Exercise: P90X arms/shoulders and Power90 Ab 200
