I can't wait for Friday!  DH and I are headed to the Smoky Mountains for some R&R, hiking and zip lining!!

Eats today:
B1-cottage chs with NSA peaches and 1 slice toast
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-Lean Cuisine
S-banana
S-Chobani
D-spaghetti and meat sauce

Dessert-NSA Klondike bar

Exercise:  DH and I will powerwalk the neighborhood

workout video per usual - doing week 4 of this new jillian michaels dvd.....
B: hot protein drink
S: cottage cheese w/simply fruit, strawberries and blackberries
L: soup of some kind
S: ricotta pancake with PB and SF syrup
D: leftover cheeseburger casserole
S: Hot protein drink

B:  1 sausage tea biscuit, coffee
S:  Banana
L:  tuna, celery, crackers
D:  3 oz pork loin, 1 c. steamed veggies
D2:  protein bar
S:  something with caffeine....iced coffee or maybe just regular coffee.....working a long night!
