Good morning! Have been diagnosed with Nesidioblastosis. Yes, it is rare but more people than I realized have it. Can seem to get me blood sugar to level out and was wondering if anyone else has it and maybe they can share their daily diet plan. Thanks bunches. All response that are helpful are welcome!

You might want to look up Melting Mama (MM) on the main board. I know she has it and knows ALOT about it. Sorry for your diagnosis. I've heard it's tough.

I am sorry you received this diagnosis. I, too, have it. I recently had 80% of my pancreas removed. I am still experiencing low bloos sugars, but not as often as I did before. I literally have lost consciousness and experienced seizures due to my low blood sugar. Test your blood religiously. There is still much that is unknown about the disease...I am waiting patiently to hear if I may have to have the remainder of my pancreas removed only to become a full-fledge diabetic. I wish I could turn back time. Since my open RNY surgery in 2002, I have had over 30 surgeries. For some, the surgery is a life-saver. For some, an everlasting nightmare.

Good luck!
