Thursday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising?
Sorry I missed the post yesterday...........BUDGET SEASON. After next week life should return to normal! Last night I had an awesome workout! I did P90X shoulders and arms (my fave!) then did Ab Ripper 200. I am quite sore today. I'll run when I get home today....the weather is amazing!

B2-grilled chicken breast (eating it now!)
L-Moe's salad with no shell (I used the nutrition builder and the salad is 595 calories, and I'll eat about 1/2 of it)
