Sorry I missed the post yesterday...........BUDGET SEASON.  After next week life should return to normal!  Last night I had an awesome workout!  I did P90X shoulders and arms (my fave!) then did Ab Ripper 200.  I am quite sore today.  I'll run when I get home today....the weather is amazing!

Eats today:
B1-Jimmy Dean Delights breakfast sandwich
B2-grilled chicken breast (eating it now!)
L-Moe's salad with no shell (I used the nutrition builder and the salad is 595 calories, and I'll eat about 1/2 of it)
S-Chobani
S-Banana
D-salmon and steamed brocolli

Dessert-s/f fudgesicle

I am new to this I have surgery on 6-11-12 What kind of exercises do I need to start out with after surgery. Has it been hard to maintain your goal weight?

 Do you tell them at Moes you want a salad with no shell? or do you get it with the shell and just not eat it? I like Moes. Been there 2 times i think but they scare me bc i love burritos/taco salads.

When you order, it is called a "streaker"..........which means no shell.  It was very good!  I'd get it again.
