Tuesday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Moving??

Well, today is another hungry day....I can already feel it coming!  Last night I ended up running some and walking some in my neighborhood since the bottom fell out when I was on my way home from work.  By 6:30 it had stopped, but it was too late to go to my usual running spot (it isn't lighted for night, and there are 4 tunnels that are quite scary in the dark!!).  Tonight I'll do upper body weights and abs....

Eats today:
B1-1/2 c cottage chs with NSA peaches and 1/2 ww english muffin
B2-grilled chicken breast
S-banana
L-pizza
S-chobani
D-leftover taco salad

Dessert-s/f jello with cool whip

B:  1/2 breakfast sandwich (toast with egg, cheese and ham)
S:  Coffee
L:   Same as Breakfast
S:  6 pnut butter crackers
D1:  1 slice meat pizza, 1 c. garden salad with grilled chicken and boiled egg
D2:  1/2 baked chicken breast stuffed with spinach and mozzarella cheese
S:  Small bag of potato chips....starving at work!
S:  1 slice meat pizza

Exercise:   40 min powerwalk with hand weights this morning, then laid in sun for 90 min!  Walked 3.5 miles at work tonight.
