Monday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Moving?
Had a busy weekend as usual! Ran Saturday (the heat and humidity almost killed me) and did some yoga yesterday. Gonna run again today. I'm going through one of those "hungry" phases, which I believe is directly related to hormones...when I'm more hungry, I also have more breakouts, mood swings and such......
Got my 3 year follow up with my WL surgeon next week, so I guess I better cut out the extras for a while! I'd hate to go in there with a gain!!! I guess as long as my jeans fit all is good.

B1-Jimmy Dean Delights breakfast sandwich
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-Lean Cuisine
S-banana
S-Chobani
D-taco salad (homemade)
Dessert-strawberries and cool whip

Kim I love your dedication to running and sticking to an exercise program. I do good most times, then I will got weeks with a very lazy period.
B: 1 grilled chicken tortilla with cheese and salsa.....it was left over :)

L: ham and cheese on 1 slice ww toast
S: 2 pecan sandies as soon as i got to work....I am allowing my coworkers to tempt me.....I have got to start saying no!
D: 3 oz BBQ pork, 2 deviled eggs
D2: 1 c chicken and sausage jambalaya
S: Steamed Edamame with sea salt
Exercise: Did power walk for 40 min this morning. Probably will get 2-3 more miles this evening at work!
