do they really exist?  i've tried for 4 days to call them.  there is no answer and i leave a message and no call back.  grrrrr

I'm shocked!  I called the other day to make my 3 year follow up appt and got right in..........what number are you calling? Who are you asking for?

Ask for Miles....I'm not sure if he is still there, but he was amazing to work with.........tell him what you are going through...........

I don't know if the process is the same now, but when I did mine, I had to send the complete packet to them-once they reviewed it I was able to talk to them about an appointment.  I couldn't even go in for an appt until I completed my insurance required 6 month "supervised diet"....once that was done, the process went quickly-and I got insurance approval in under a week.

I started researching (a little here and there) a few years ago, so I knew about the 6 months and I've already done all of that.

I can't believe it SHE JUST CALLED.  She said she had 2 nurses out and has been 'working on the floor"..... and apoligized.  I'm getting my info in the mail TODAY!!
