Thursday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising?
Today, unlike yesterday, I'm not very hungry. Funny how that works.....
Eats today:
B1-1/2 c cottage chs with nsa peaches and 1 ww english muffin
B2-some leftover rotissiere chicken
L-Chunky soup and crackers
S-Chobani
S-banana
D-not sure-bunco night
no exercise since I have bunco.........tomorrow I'm working from home then Saturday I'm headed to Biloxi for a girls weekend!! Can't wait!

OMG - I am exhausted today.....worked out this morning and I am doing self talk as I write this to motivate myself to take a walk tonight. I am sooooooo tired.

L: 1/2 cup mexican bowl from local mexican joint (no rice)
S: SF pudding cup with 3 sf wafer cookies
D: last 1/2 cup of mexican bowl
S: protein hot choc. - got new butter rum sf syrup and i am addicted.
