Wednesday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Moving?
Today is one of those "hungry days". If I can get my hands on it, it is in my mouth! Gotta go to Macy's on the way home. DH found some dress shoes Saturday...they tell us that if we do a "presale" we can get 25% off...which resulted in $35 savings, so it was worth it. I don't get this whole "presale" mess....it is extra work for them to have to restock it until I come and get it.....I guess they are counting on me shopping for a little something for myself when I go back in without him!!!
Eats today:
B1-Jimmy Dean Delights breakfast sandwich
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-1/2 sandwich and soup from McAllisters
S-clementine
S-strawberries
S-a few Ritz
S-Chobani
D-blackened salmon and corn
Dessert-s/f jello with light cool whip
Probably no exercise tonight. I've been working out everyday for the past 5 days and I'm sore. Just need a rest.

Today is my Friday and I am more than ready to have a few days off. Taking an extended weekend for a little getaway!

L: 1 baked chicken leg
S: Protein Bar
D1: 1 baked chicken leg, 1/2 c. brown rice, 1/2 c. steamed brocolli/mushrooms/red onion
D2: 1 c. chef salad
S: Maybe another chicken leg! I baked a whole pack today b4 work!
Exercise: Still doing daily 2-3 mile walks :)
