Monday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Moving?
Happy Monday! Work is already hectic. I'm going to Biloxi with the "girls" this weekend and can't wait! After missing a week of exercise I'm really enjoying getting back in the routine....I mowed the yard Friday, did P90X2 arms, shoulders and abs yesterday and I'll run when I get home today.

S: hot protein drink again - found this awesome almond milk at Trader Joes - only 45 calories for 8oz....YAY!!
