Thursday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Exercising?
Already had one of my cucumber plants give up on me.....this garden thing is gonna be stressful! I feel so responsible for my plants!
Eats today:
B1-cottage chs with fresh pineapple and 1 sl ww toast
B2-grilled chicken breast
S-banana
L-red beans and ham, lo fat Ritz crackers
S-clementine
D-steak and veggies
Dessert-jello with fruit/cool whip
Exercise: Something weights-did cardio last two days....I might just go and do the ole Nautilus machine! I haven't touched it in over a year, and it would be interesting to see how much weight I can use now! Then I'll do abs.
