Wednesday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Moving?
Had the PS cosult and will do a LBL in early November (I have to wait due to several trips planned between now and then..the biggest being 2 weeks in Alaska in September).
I am scared and excited. I decided I might as well go ahead and get all the extra skin removed in one shot!
Eats today:
B1-Jimmy Dean Delights breakfast bowl (ate about 1/2 of it)
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-pork chop/asparagus or soup....haven't decided
S-grapes
S-banana
S-Chobani
D-spaghetti and meat sauce
Will do some core work tonight

L: Chicken tortilla soup with cheddar
S: greek yogurt with blueberries and sf vanilla syrup and cinnamon
D: don't know - might go out with the hub before goin to buy the kid an Easter gift for her baseket

L: 1/2 baked pork chop, 1/4 c. green beans, 1/4 c. potatoes with onions, 1 c. spinach salad
