Monday! Whatcha Eatin? R U Moving??
I hope you all had a great weekend! DH and I attended a wedding Saturday and it was a blast!
Eats today:
B1-1/2 c cottage chs with fresh pineapple and 1/2 ww english muffin
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-Chunky healthy request sirloin burger soup and low fat Ritz
S-Chobani
S-banana
D-left over grilled pork chop and veggies
I'll do some P90X chest and back and some abs tonight.

L: Oatmeal with ground flax, pecans and dried fruit (blueberries, cherries and strawberries)
S: greek yogurt with sf vanilla syrup, fresh strawberries and blueberries
D: chicken tortilla soup with cheddar and 3 flax seed tortilla chips
S: probably a hot protein drink again

B: 2 strips turkey bacon, 1 boiled egg, slice whole wheat toast
B2: same as B1
S: Coffee
L: 3 oz. shredded bbq chicken, few bites baked sweet potato, and few bites black eyed peas
D1: Cheeseburger with xtra pickles from McD's, unsweet tea
S: 6 Pnut butter and crackers, 1/2 banana
S2: Oat and Honey bar...found some with only 6g of sugar!
Exercise: Walked 2 miles this morning. Getting in close to 3 miles this evening at work!
